Role Description
The Project Controller is part of the execution team and can handle at the same time one or more projects simultaneously assuring the commercial project management for the respective projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Administration (site organisation activities, consumables orders, etc.)
- Preparation and responsible for Project profitability (Contract review sheet)
- Check of actual costs (supplier invoices) in order to ensure the supplier issued the invoices according to the contract (e.g. quantities, delivery documents, quality documents)
- Revenues (issuing invoices to the client and follow up cash in)
- Cash flow
- Project forecasts (execution forecast, cash flow)
- Commercial support for project teams in terms of project development during tendering process and execution phase: Guarantees, Insurance, Reporting, etc.
Job Location
Bucharest, Romania
Educational Qualification
- University degree in economics or equivalent
- Good communication skills and ability to contact and relate with international auditors
- Fluent in English; another foreign language of our market regions is an advantage
- Competent computer literacy (MS-Office, Power Point, etc.)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Ability to solve problems, take initiative and work independently
- Team-minded and high ability to communicate
- Preparedness to travel to the projects is mandatory;
Year of experience
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a multinational company
