Our EPC solutions with a dedicated team and detailed commissioning schedule ensure timely completion of the plant and meet client requirements. After the plant is constructed, the facility undergoes a complete test-run before it is handed over to the client for operation.
Plants like Dambulla WTP in Sri Lanka, AMAS WWTP in Bahrain, and Al Ghubra Desalination Plant in Oman are some of the marquee projects executed under the EPC model.
Operation & Maintenance
WABAG undertakes the operational management of existing water and wastewater plants in the form of services agreements. Our rich history and expertise across segments helps optimise technical processes to improve the operational efficiency of the plant.
Our model is characterised by training and integration of existing skilled personnel with adherence to highest standards of safety and standard operating procedures for operations and maintenance.
Our gamut of services include plant refurbishment and upgradation, thus helping to reduce the total cost of ownership.
WABAG assumes responsibility both on and off the site with a NOC room (Network Operations Control) for remote monitoring and offering solutions if and when required.
DBO – Design-Build-Operate
WABAG is your lifecycle partner for water and wastewater projects. We undertake complete engineering, planning, construction and operational management. For existing plants as well, we apply our expertise and optimise the capital as well as operating expenditure for refurbishment and upgrade, subsequently assuming operational management responsibility.

Our major DBO projects include the desalination plant with seven years of O&M in Nemmeli, India, and the WWTP in Adana, Turkey, which comprises a state-of-the-art sludge management system as well.

WABAG believes in being an asset-light company with its commitment to BOOT projects by means of a minor stake. We help in obtaining competitive financing from available avenues and assume overall responsibility for timely execution and operational management of the project.
The Ujams Industrial Wastewater Reclamation Plants in Windhoek, Namibia, and the Chennai Wastewater Treatment Project in Alandur, India, are the prime examples of excellent project execution under the BOOT model.
