Complete Seawater Desalination Plant  ensures reliable Industrial Water S upply for NCC Power Ltd. in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

WABAG successfully designed and built a seawater desalination plant for NCC Power Ltd. in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, with a permeate capacity of 414 m³/h using RO technology. The plant features a pre-treatment system with a lamella clarifier, dual media filter (DMF), pressure sand filter, RO system, mixed bed unit, and a turbocharger energy recovery device to optimize power consumption. Since its commissioning in 2015, it has operated in a PLC-based semi-automatic mode.
