The Goreangab Water Reclamation Plant in Windhoek is a globally renowned facility and the first Direct Potable Water Reclamation plant in the world. Operational since 2002, the plant utilizes an advanced multi barrier system to transform secondary effluent into high-quality drinking water. The process employs a series of safety barriers for all crucial contaminants and thus guarantees outstanding standards have been fulfilled without difficulty.
