CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Reporting To: Project Manager
Location: Saudi – Aljouf Site

ROLE MANDATE

• Lead site construction activities ensuring compliance to time–cost–quality requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, supervisors, and engineers.
• Provide operational leadership to achieve site productivity and schedule adherence.
• Ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance across all disciplines.

OPERATING SCOPE

• Manages all site functions: civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation.
• Interfaces with Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Client.
• Oversees manpower, equipment, plant, logistics, and site facilities.
• Manages subcontractor execution teams and ensures alignment with contractual obligations.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Execute the project as per drawings, BOQ, method statements, and schedule.
• Develop weekly/monthly construction plans aligned with baseline.
• Deploy resources (manpower, equipment, subcontractors).
• Resolve site clashes, engineering issues, and access constraints.
• Ensure full compliance to HSE standards and PTW systems.
• Review subcontractor progress and certify measurements.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure mitigation actions.
• Ensure material availability by coordinating with procurement.
• Lead daily site review meetings and prepare DPR/weekly updates.
• Maintain site productivity and implement corrective actions.
• Support commissioning readiness and punch list clearance.

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical with 10–15 years in EPC site management.
• Strong technical, leadership, and coordination capabilities.
