CIVIL ENGINEER
Reporting To: Construction Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia– Aljouf

ROLE MANDATE
- Execute civil works according to drawings, project specifications, and QA/QC standards.
- Ensure progress, productivity, and quality of structures, foundations, and utilities.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and subcontractors.
OPERATING SCOPE
- Oversees shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, and structural works.
- Manages subcontract civil teams and labor.
- Interfaces with QA/QC for inspections.
- Coordinates with Planning for work sequencing.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Review civil drawings and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS) and site material requests.
- Ensure site execution as per approved method statements and ITPs.
- Conduct inspections and clear NCRs.
- Ensure safety protocols at civil workfronts.
- Generate DPRs, measurements, and progress reports.
- Manage subcontractor billing quantities.
- Coordinate with surveyors for elevations and alignments.
- Support completion of foundations, tanks, buildings, and RCC structures.

- B.E Civil with 5–10 years EPC site experience.
- Good knowledge of RCC, foundations, water structures.
