HSE MANAGER

ROLE MANDATE
- Lead and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across the project.
- Ensure compliance with WABAG HSE systems, ISO standards, and client HSE requirements.
- Monitor and mitigate project-level safety risks.
- Promote strong safety culture and prevent workplace incidents.
OPERATING SCOPE
- Supervises HSE Officers, Supervisors, and Safety Stewards.
- Interfaces with Project Director, Client HSE teams, Contractors.
- Oversees PTW systems, incident reporting, emergency preparedness.
- Conducts site audits, safety meetings, and training sessions.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare and implement Project HSE Plan.
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Monitor work fronts for HSE compliance.
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE statistics and dashboards.
- Manage safety equipment and PPE compliance.
- Ensure emergency drills and readiness.
- Enforce stop-work authority when needed.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on safety compliance.

- B.E + HSE Certifications (NEBOSH/IOSH).
- 10–15 years HSE experience in EPC, water, or construction.
