The interview process for selection was quite engaging. It began with a Pre-placement talk followed by an aptitude test, group discussion, technical interview, and finally an HR round. The technical interview evaluated my engineering knowledge, while the HR round focused on my strengths, weaknesses, and ability to handle challenges within a team environment.

I'd like to express my gratitude for the opportunity I've been given to work for this company over the past four years as a document controller and administrator and also I appreciate WABAG's efforts towards women empowerment from the local communities. It's been a great experience for me, and I'm learning more every day. I have gained a great deal of experience which has enabled me to deepen my knowledge for my future. What I enjoy most about working for WABAG is being part of a group that helps our community to benefit from good quality drinking water.

I have worked at Wabag Qatar since 2019. Working here was very inspiring for me and constantly pushes me forward in my practical skills. I went through some problems in my country and Wabag was the main support for me, and Wabag for me is my family.

Since joining VA Tech WABAG on June 25, 2012, I’ve had the privilege of spending 13 fulfilling years in Sales & Marketing—championing sustainable water and wastewater solutions across continents. Stepping into the water sector as a young professional, I was eager to learn, contribute, and make a difference. WABAG gave me that opportunity right from day one—entrusting me with responsibilities that pushed me to grow, think strategically, and deliver with confidence.

I have been with WABAG since 1^st of Jan 2002. It's my first company and I joined as a GET with dreams unlimited. The journey so far has been as exciting as a roller coaster with a lot of crests and troughs. I have been associated with some great projects to start with in India, later followed by ventures into the Middle East in Oman, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. WABAG has shaped me into a thorough professional through a lot of in-house initiatives like YEP, LEX, HiPot and enabled me with all the tools to work in a collaborative manner.
