Impact and Sustainability
- Impacted 3500 children in 45 Govt. schools in and around Chennai
- 100 field officials of the District and the Rural Development
- 3600 man-hours for 1200 trainees
- This was a welcome intervention in the wake of two disasters witnessed by Chennai, that is, floods and drought. As a corollary, WABAG also took up another project, that is, recovery and restoration of Narayanapuram Wetlands, close to our HQs.
