Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust investor relation strategy and framework
  • Manage the Company’s relationships with investors and analysts by providing clear, accurate and confident communications
  • Responsible for creating and delivering all investor relations materials
  • Provide feedback and insight to senior management on investor sentiment and industry conditions
  • Schedule, arrange and participate with senior management in industry and research analyst conferences, meetings with investors and security analysts, organize roadshows to meet with targeted investors
  • Analyze reports prepared by the investment community concerning the Company and comparable companies and provide competitive intelligence to senior management
  • Prepare presentations for investor conferences, other special requirements

Role Description

WABAG is looking for Finance Manager – Capital Projects for Its Global Headquarters Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Running of financial model for HAM/BOOT/BOT projects across the Group
  • Audit of financial model created by outsourced agencies
  • Ensure costs, revenues and cash flow assumptions are correctly captured in line with the relevant tender / contractual conditions
  • Work closely with treasury team for bonds / earnest monies for bidding / performance / advance etc.
  • To create a charter that guides specific actions from SPV by reading and understanding concession agreement, Loan documents, agreement with partners, financial module approved for lenders / partners
  • Expedite submission & securing of approval of billing schedule for SPV
  • Expedite collection of Invoice from Project Authority
  • Ensure timely release of contribution from equity partners / Sponsors
  • Ensure timely meeting of covenants as per loan agreement and expedite release of loan by lenders
  • Ensure compliance of loan agreement on regulation / payment of interest & principal
  • Ensure accounting of above documents in books of SPV
  • Ensure regulatory compliance under all applicable regulation for the Projects concerned and under law of land

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review drawings
  • Ensure coordinated plant design within project team
  • Prepare engineering documents for client submittal

Process Engineer

Role Description

WABAG is looking for a Process and Proposal who has good knowledge about Tender preparation, Process designing, Preparation of project cost estimations, Preparation of BEP, P&IDS and Process calculation, Vendor selection & Vendor management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the selection of process scheme and to work out the economics of the selected process with respect to CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Responsible for review of Process Design Calculation of Water Treatment Plant such as Softening Plant, DM plant, Reverse Osmosis, Ultra filtration, and Process & High Pressure Condensate Polishing Unit, Recycle plant as per customer’s requirement.
  • Responsible for providing the Process engineering Support to the Detailing team.
  • Spearheading the Technical Discussion with customer/consultant to explain technical area of the projects whenever required.
  • Responsible for review of Basic Engineering Package including Equipment sizing, P &IDS, Process Calculation & also responsible to get in time approval for Basic Engineering Package (BEP) as per project schedule.
  • Providing the support to commissioning team for process wherever required to ensure successful commissioning and handing over the plant

Role Description

WABAG is looking for Resident Construction Managers from water treatment industry with experience in WTP and WWTP for handling the entire responsibility of construction of Water Treatments plants in the site from planning, execution, people management, construction management and billing to the client.

Role Description

We are looking for an Instrumentation Designer who has worked in the water treatment/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Refinery industry with experience in detailed engineering, AutoCAD, 2D & 3D software, preparation of cable tray schedule, I/O list, Instrument Location Layouts, Cable Routing layout, Cable Block Diagram, Cable Schedules, Wiring Diagrams, Single line diagram etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate deliverables like Instrument Location Layouts, Cable Routing layout, Cable Block Diagram, Cable Schedules, Wiring Diagrams
  • Instrument Hook-Ups, Instrument Power Distribution, Material Take Offs / Bill of Quantities
  • Control Room and Analyzer Room Layouts, Cable Routing Layouts 3D modelling of equipment using SP3D / PDS/PDMS. Attend model reviews Support development of instrument design strategies
  • Interface with other disciplines to overcome design issues
  • Implementation of quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Cable tray supports, Cable trays, Earthing & Lightning protection material, Illumination materials. Calculate BOM independently for structural steel
  • Plan substation layout along with Switchgear room, Control room, Battery rooms, VFD room, UPS room etc. along with concerned Engineer/Lead Engineer
  • Review & check the 3D Model within given time frame and should attend client review meetings
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum inputs from Engineers/Lead Engineers, and plan/draw Cable routing, Earthing grid routing and Illumination layout as per dialux reports

Role Description

  • Preparation of MBO-Master BOQ,up-line documents/calculations required for inquiries of specific equipment
  • Preparation, checking & releasing of Inquiry documents for all items in Master BOQ
  • Preparation of client deliverables for all items, including spares, utilities, auxiliaries etc. as per contract approved Master Document List
  • Interaction with client/consultant for getting approvals of all submitted documents. Visit/meet, if required for resolution of comments and getting quicker approvals
  • Release of Manufacturing Clearance (MFC) on client approved documents
  • Evaluation of all offers & clarifying/resolving all the technical queries & issues
  • Acceptance/rejection of technical deviations from contractual & value engineering aspects
  • Issuance of Technical Clearance on all offers
