Role Description
The Project Manager is part of the execution team and can handle at the same time one or more projects simultaneously assuring the management of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Daily management of the project (logistic and design concept);
- Development of project execution team;
- Ensure execution of technic/commercial competitive projects, to achieve targeted order bookings with desired contribution margin;
- Supervise and check the work of consultants and contractors, according the agreed schedule;
- Ensure the proper informational flow between all project members and to other departments;
- Coordinates the processes to obtain all the necessary approvals for executing the projects in good conditions (including permits);
- Ensure the elaboration of working instruments of the project team, mandatory to follow the activity (lists, schedules, etc.).

Educational Qualification
- Technical university degree;
- Excellent command of Romanian and English;
- Competent computer literacy (MS-Office, AUTOCAD);
- Ability to read engineering documents (P&ID, PFD , general layouts, civil guide drawings, overview diagrams, piping supports,etc.);
- Ability to take initiative and work independently;
- Flexibility in terms of work location and working time;
- Team-minded and high ability to communicate.
Year of experience
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar position, ideally gained in an international environment
