NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO PUBLIC, that We, VA TECH WABAG LTD (“WABAG” or “the Company”), have come across that there are some unscrupulous persons/group who is/are trying to misuse/misrepresent the name of WABAG and/or its officials and circulate fictitious mails, messages, letterheads, fabricating and forge company documents / forging the signature of company officials or similar business communication to the public to extract unauthorised money(ies) & affecting brand image/ reputation by doing illegal acts, including but not limited to, unauthorised representation, false recruitment drive, fake appointment letters, advertisements, for procuring fake business travel visas, other corporate social responsibility obligations, etc.,

We wish to inform General Public, at large, that if anyone has received any such letters/representation/messages/emails/or other communication, on behalf of the company or its officials, we would request you to reach out to the Company, by sending an email to the undersigned to confirm the authenticity.

Without prejudice, unless you receive the confirmation of authenticity as indicated above, the Company shall not be liable for any such misrepresentations and we caution not to fall prey to such modus operandi and advise to keep us informed to take necessary legal actions against such acts and miscreants.

That any entity, knowingly or unknowingly ignoring to confirm with the undersigned and proceeding to further on their own, will be doing at their own risk and the same shall not be binding upon WABAG, and would be entirely at their risks, cost and consequences.
